Suggested Usage: Maximum Air Pressure (3-4 PSI) - For competition level (High rebound & feels like the floor) Standard Air Pressure (2-3 PSI) - For low/mid-level training (Medium rebound & softer feel) Low Aire Pressure (1-2 PSI) - For recreational use & fun (Low rebound) DO NOT exceed the air pressures we recommend to prevent damage to the air mat.
