Our round zafu is a version of the round traditional meditation cushion without pleated sides. Without pleats the round zafu will hold its height and won't spread out. The zafu is stuffed with buckwheat hulls. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle. Our zabuton meditation mat is made with two inches of quality firm foam. It's light and perfectly conforms to your body to give you just the right amount of support and loft. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. The opposite side, it has a convenient handle for carrying and store away. Each zabuton is approximately 31" long by 27" wide and may fits people up to 5' 10" tall.
